It had a big impact on me that extended to my kids as well. I feel so much lighter, and my kids, who had been moping around a bit and grouchy in the afternoon, were suddenly full of life, helping each other to set the table for dinner, playing the piano and singing along, and running through the house chasing each other and laughing.
I think you helped me to lift a huge burden that I have been trying to lift myself for a long time, but I just couldn't do it. And it only took a few minutes!!!
